Her entrepreneurial spirit started early when, as a little girl, she and her brother sold bait to their father's fishing buddies. Even then, she was learning to see an opportunity, understand what people need, and find a way to deliver value.

Those lessons have stayed with her throughout her career and continue to shape how she works with clients and leaders today.
